Former Scottie, King, set to play in second Super Bowl.

Brandon King, in just his 3rd season in the National Football League, is set to play in his second Super Bowl of his career. King has been a member of the New England Patriots organization the last three seasons and was a part of the 2017 Super Bowl Championship team. 1579
 
King played football at Highland in 2011 & 2012 before transferring on to Auburn University. While at Highland, King was a 1st Team All-Conference player on the Scottie defense and left his mark as the all-time single season (122 tackles) and career tackle (199 tackles) leader at Highland CC.
  
Over the last three seasons, Brandon king has been an impact player for the Patriots special team's unit. He led the special teams in tackles in his 1st season recording 12 tackles. In year two, King appeared in all 16 games and finished with 10 tackles. King has recorded eight special teams tackles this year appearing in 13 games (missed due to injury) and made a tackle for a safety in a game vs. the L.A. Chargers on October 29, 2017.
  
Brandon and the Patriots will take the field Sunday, February 4th at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota at 5:30pm as they take on the Philadelphia Eagles for a chance to win back-to-back Super Bowls. ?
