Sedrickia Wynn earns “Scottie Athlete of the Week” honors after breaking the school record in the 60 meter dash in Indoor competition in the first meet of 2019.

Wynn sprinted to a time of 7.69 to take second place in 60 meter dash at the Ward Haylett Invite at Doane and broke the Highland Community College Indoor track record which was 7.74 in the event. Her mark in the event also qualified her for Indoor Nationals.

On top of her performance in the 60 meter dash she also took fourth place in the 60 meter hurdles posting a time of 9.22 in the finals.
