Dahndray Holmes earns “Scottie Athlete of the Week” honors after solid performance at the SBU Bearcat Track and Field Invite.

Holmes put together a pair of personal best performances in the triple jump and 100 meter dash. The freshman posted a leap of 45’08.50 to place seventh overall in the triple jump behind his personal best jump, while a time of 11.44 was his personal best in 100 meter dash giving him 26^th place in the event.

He also competed in the long jump notching a leap of 20’03.50 placing 24^th in the event.
