Le’Marcus Washington earns “Scottie Athlete of the Week” after helping the Highland football team to a 26-23 Double Overtime win over Dodge City on the road.

Washington helped the Scottie defense force six turnovers by the Conquistadors in the contest and registered 11 tackles with a sack and 4.5 tackles for loss in the win.

On the season Washington has 30 tackles, with two sacks and 7.5 tackles for loss.
