Alex Dolce earns “Scottie Athlete of the Week” as he was strong off the bench for Highland men’s basketball team at the JCCC Classic last week.

While the Scotties suffered a pair of tough losses at the JCCC Classic Dolce was a solid presence off the bench. Against Iowa Western Dolce had perhaps his best game as a Scottie recording 10 points on 5-6 shooting and grabbed five rebounds adding a steal. In the loss to NIACC, Dolce had two points and five rebounds.

On the season Dolce is averaging 3.4 points per game, while adding 2.3 rebounds per game.
