Charlay Conway earns "Scottie Athlete of the Week" honors after she posted double figures in both games last week for the Highland women’s basketball team last week.

Conway posted one of her best games of her freshman season at Highland in the win over Fort Scott scoring 14 points while adding seven rebounds, six assists, four steals and one block. She followed that up with a 13 point performance on the road in the loss to Johnson County going 7-8 from the free throw line, while adding two assists.

On the season Conway is averaging 8.4 points per game on 43.7% shooting, while adding 3.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.2 steals per game.
