A 2015-16 2nd Team All Conference and 2nd Team all Region honoree has continued to prove herself this season as she carried the scotties to a win over reigning NJCAA national champs, KCKCC. Dowell shined with 22 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, and great effort on defense.
