Ibanna Uribe has been selected to receive 'Scottie Athlete of the Week' after her record breaking performance at Missouri Southern State University Stampede held on September 16th.

Uribe finished 33rd out of 217 runners with a time of 19:41.97 in the 5k Run. She has now moved up to 7th HCC All-Time with her sub 20 minute run. She led the women's team to place 11th out of 25 total teams while they team also broke the school record for the fastest meet time; averaging 20:14 for the 5000m race.
