In the track and field scene Clevenger helped coach several National qualifiers during his tenure including a National Champion in the women's 600 meter run during the 2018-19 Indoor season as Coshan Campbell posted a time of 1:30.13 to win the race. The Highland women finished 10th as a team at the Indoor National meet behind five medalists. Between the men and women Scotties competed in 20+ events at the Indoor National meet and set nine school records during the season. During the Outdoor season Scotties had five National medalists.
