HIGHLAND, Kan. - In the final regular season contest of 2025 in Ben Allen Field House, Highland (28-7) turned in a dominant performance against Friends University, sweeping the Falcons 3-0 (25-13, 25-8, 25-13) on Tuesday.
The Scotties spread the offense across the entire roster, with all but three players recording kills on the night, led by
Cali Honeyman with nine.
Jaala Stewart added seven kills, with
Karsyn Kempinger and
Cara Elam each notching five.
Rylee Seelhoff and
Hallie Holthaus were evenly matched at setter, with each recording 15 assists. Highland found success at the service line as well, recording 10 aces and holding a clean sheet on reception errors.
The Scotties close out the regular season on Wednesday night at no. 5 Kansas City (Kan.) Community College. First serve is set for 6:30 p.m.
