Taylor Francis’s career started at Highland Community College as a student in the Fall of 2020. She went on to become an All-American Indoor and Outdoor Pole Vaulter in 2021 and was also named an NJCAA Academic Award winner for Track and Field in that same year.
Francis came to Highland to complete an Internship in 2022 as she completed her Bachelor's in Personal and Commercial Fitness in 2023 and is now pursing a Masters's in Sport and Fitness Management at Missouri Western State University.
Francis has been coaching for the past two years at Highland Community College and led 5 athletes to indoor and outdoor All-Conference honors. Francis also led 4 athletes to national qualifiers and 2 athletes placing top 10 in the nation.
