With a 59-50 win over Kansas City Kansas Saturday, February 3^rd, Head Men's Basketball coach Jerre Cole recorded win number 154 at Highland giving him the most all-time wins in Highland Men's Basketball history. He surpasses former coach Francis Flax who had 152 all-time wins in nine-seasons at HCC. 
 
Coach Cole is in his 9^th season at the helm of the Scottie Basketball program and has a 154-126 all-time record. In his second season, he led the Scotties to their first Region VI championship and a trip to the NJCAA Div. II National Tournament with a record of 22-4.
 
Last season, coach Cole posted the best record season of his tenure finishing 24-8 with the Scotties winning their first ever KJCCC Championship.
 
Highland is 18-6 this season with six regular season games to play. They will look for win number 19 on the season as they take on Fort Scott on Wednesday, February 7^th at home.
