Bradford Zinn

Bradford Zinn, originally from Racine, Wisconsin, is in his third year as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Highland women's basketball team. 

Zinn was part of coaching staff that led the Scotties to a 24-5 record during 2018-19 season finishing as Region VI runner-ups. 

Zinn helped coach the 2017-18 Highland women to a record breaking 35-1 record last year. The season saw the Scotties break 10 team single season records & several individual single season and career records, while winning a KJCCC title along with winning the Region VI title and taking third place at NJCAA DII National tournament. 

Zinn brings years of coaching experience to the program. As he served as Assistant Head Varsity Girls Coach at Johnson High School (Huntsville, AL), Head Coach for Monrovia Flight AAU (Hunstville, AL) and volunteer Assistant Coach Men’s Basketball at Alabama A&M University. 

With his degree in Sports & Exsercise from Alabama A&M University, Zinn brings in a wealth of knowledge in the area of Strength and Conditioning. He has also founded his own company, Bigger Than a Game (BTG Hoops) Elite Skill Training.

Coach Zinn has two children Keirsha Zinn and Jalyn Zinn.
