This will be Bowser's 1st year as volunteer assistant women's basketball here at Highland Community College. Bowser comes here from Texas Tech University where she just recently graduated with a Bachelor's in Science Degree. While there, she was a shooting guard for the Women's Basketball under head coach Candi Whitaker. Bowser led the Big 12 in three point percentage and finished 9th overall at the end of the season.
Before her time at Texas Tech, Bowser led the Highland Community College Women's Basketball team. Her freshman year, the Scotties finished 5th at the National Tournament while receiving All American and All Region accolades. Her sophomore year, the team finished as National runner-up. She received All-American, All-Region, All National Tournament Team, and Player of the Week accolades. Bowser is the only athlete in school history to be a two time All American and is the most winningest athlete within school history.
Bowser graduated from Holton High School in 2012 in her hometown of Holton, Kansas. While there, her basketball teams finished with an overall 99-4 record. They finished with an 8th place finish at State her freshman year, 4th place finish her sophomore year, State Championship her junior year, and State Runner up her Senior year. She received multiple All State, All County, All League, Tournament MVP, etc. accolades throught her stint as a Wildcat.
