Tana is entering her second season as the Head Coach at Highland Community College after completing her first year leading the program. Prior to Highland, she served as Interim Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Lincoln Trail College, where she oversaw player development, recruiting, and program operations. She also spent two seasons as an Assistant Coach for Murray State College.
In addition to her collegiate coaching experience, Tana spent 12 years as the Director and Coach of MC-6 Storm AAU Basketball in Oklahoma. Over the last five years, 29 of her former college players have earned opportunities to continue their academic and athletic careers at four-year institutions, reflecting her commitment to player development and advancement.
Grounded in her Christian faith, Tana is passionate about building strong relationships, developing disciplined and competitive student-athletes, and creating a culture centered on accountability, growth, and hard work. She brings a relentless work ethic, leadership, and a team-first mindset.
