Deiondre Williams earns “Scottie Athlete of the Week” after helping the Highland men’s cross country team finish third as a team at the Cottey College Invitational.

Williams in his first 8K race as a college runner posted a time of 28:26.32 to place 13^th out of 62 runners at the Cottey College Invitational.

He posted a time of 21:24.78 and took 136^th place at the Augustana Twilight to open the season racing in a four mile run.
