Congratulations to Stefania Chiziane on being awarded 'Scottie Athlete of the Week' after two big wins over Johnson County and Hesston College.

Chiziane, a 5'11 guard from Mozambique, Africa, has been a force off the bench for the Scotties after transferring in at semester. Chiziane put up 14 points, 2-4 from behind the arc, in a 102-51 victory over the Larks also adding two steals, three assists, and two rebounds.

She drained her two three point attempts in the win over the Cavaliers, totaling nine points and three assists. Chiziane averages 9.2 points per game, shooting 50% from behind the arc, and averaging 3.5 rebounds a game.
