Â
Not only did the men seal a share of conference title, they did it in front of a capacity crowd on Sophomore Day in Ben Allen Field House.
Â

Â
Highland shot just 32% in the second half while Fort Scott shot 53% but kept control of the lead with their defense and rebounding. Highland out rebounded the Hounds 17-8 in the second half and 38-32 in the game and limited Fort Scott's second chance opportunities.
Â
Fort Scott would cut the lead to just three with :51 seconds remaining but a
Ryan Haskins 15-foot jump shot would seal the deal and Highland would win 48-43.
Â
Stephon Jackson led the team in scoring with 15 points and was the only Scottie in double digits.
Leland Harvey added nine points and nine rebounds while
Andre Jackson added in five points and 11 rebounds. Tyler Zinn led the Greyhounds in scoring with 11 points and Brolon Moton added 10 points.
Â

st at 7:30pm for the final game of the regular season. A win at Labette would give the Scotties the outright KJCCC DIV II Conference Championship.
