On Thursday, Nov. 17, the 2022 All-KJCCC Football Team was announced, and there were six Scotties who earned a spot on the team. The Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference shined on the field with potentially two teams in the NJCAA National Playoff Semifinals, which is a clear indication that the conference is loaded with talent.

HCC's Ja'Vontae Williams was a Second Team selection at Wide Receiver and also earned Honorable Mention as a Return Specialist. Kendall Brewer was an Honorable Mention selection as a Cornerback. Highland's Elijah Casey was an Honorable Mention selection as a Linebacker. Dee'Shari Keith was an Honorable Mention selection as a Safety. Darius Melton was an Honorable Mention selection as a Wide Receiver and Jerome Simmons was an Honorable Mention selection as a Defensive Tackle.

Here at Highland Community College we are proud of the accomplishments of our student-athletes. We would like to congratulate all of the student-athletes from all over the conference as well as ours on their accomplishments. It takes a great deal of effort and dedication to be a student-athlete and hit these milestones.
