Several members of this class come from Kansas high schools, including Shawnee Mission Northwest, Shawnee Mission South, Hayden Catholic, and Leavenworth. The program placed a clear emphasis on recruiting within the state, while also expanding its footprint nationally, particularly throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Highland's coaching staff worked deep into the recruiting cycle to assemble the class, filling roster needs across multiple position groups while prioritizing development and the programs cultural turnaround from last season. Much of the class was secured late in the process following an aggressive recruiting push by the staff.

Head Coach Cameron McGarry credited the efforts of the entire coaching staff for building the class in a condensed timeframe. "We are extremely excited about this group," McGarry said. "To be able to sign quality young men this late in the process speaks volumes about the work our staff has put in. I can't thank them enough for the countless hours on the road and the relationships they've built."

Directing recruiting Coach Quashon "Rambo" Pearson played a significant role in assembling the class, helping the program strengthen recruiting connections in the Northeast while also maintaining strong ties in Texas recruiting.

The class also features a quarterback addition from Texas (Liam Finan), giving the Scotties an offensive centerpiece moving forward, while a large defensive group provides immediate competition and depth across the roster.

The Scotties have already posted their Spring Ball Dates with times and have scheduled upcoming campus visits as recruiting continues to build momentum leading up to their spring game on May 2nd in Highland, KS. The program is also expected to welcome this signing class to campus during the summer as preparations will begin for the 2026 season. Highland will continue adding to the 2026 class while also evaluating available transfers as the roster continues to take shape.
