Region VI Cross Country Meet: A Day of Personal Records at Cowley Community College

This past weekend, Cowley Community College played host to the highly anticipated Region VI Cross Country Meet, showcasing some of the region's most talented athletes. Among the competitors were four standout runners: Jordan Hodge, Angel Sanchez, Samantha Presas and Annabel Reyes, each contributing to an unforgettable day of racing.

Stellar Performances

Freshman Jordan Hodge made a remarkable debut at the 8K distance, crossing the finish line with a personal record of 26:20. Hodge's performance not only highlights his potential but also sets a solid foundation for his future in cross country. His effort was particularly impressive given the competitive field, demonstrating both speed and endurance that will surely turn heads in the coming seasons.
