Coming into the match, MCCKC promised to be a formidable test for the Scotties, having finished the 2024 season with a 14-2 record as one of the highest-scoring offenses in the NJCAA with 40 goals.
Highland was up to the task and then some, holding the Wolves at bay for 90 minutes and generating several solid offensive chances of its own.
