COLBY, Kan. - On the strength of a 2-0 shutout of Neosho County Community College,
McKenna Glade earned KJCCC Women's Soccer Division 2 Goalkeeper of the Week honors for Week 4. It's the first career honor for Glade.
The Loveland, Colo., freshman delivered a 2-0 shutout for the Scotties in their lone match of the week as Highland picked up a conference win over Neosho County. In addition to her three saves, Glade had a pair of gutsy defensive plays in the second half, twice venturing well off her line to intercept a long pass and clear it to safety. Glade finished the week with a scoreless streak of 214:57 stretching across three matches.
Johnson County's Breckon Hoy was named Player of the Week. For full details, visit the KJCCC website.
