McNamara Named KJCCC Most Valuable Player

COLBY, Kan. - After becoming the second 1,000-career point scorer in Highland history and leading the Scotties to their fourth-ever NJCAA Div. 2 Women's Basketball Championship, Cameron McNamara was named the 2024-25 KJCCC Division 2 Women's Basketball MVP in voting among the league's head coaches. She was one of two All-KJCCC selections for the Scotties, with Jalasia Hull earning second-team honors.

It is the second all-conference nod for both players, as McNamara earned second-team recognition last year and Hull was among the honorable mentions. McNamara earned KJCCC Player of the Week honors six times, along with an NJCAA Division 2 Player of the Week nod for the week of Feb. 3-9.
