HILLSBORO, Mo. - On the road for the second time in 2026, Highland (3-4) tried to mount a fourth-quarter comeback, but wasn't able to claw back the deficit in an 82-67 loss to Jefferson College (7-6) on Saturday.

Zoe Clarke (11 pts) also finished in double digits for the Scotties across 40 minutes.
Highland opens conference play on Wednesday, hosting Johnson County Community College in a 5:30 p.m. tipoff.
